The main functionality of the web form to allow our customer to submit a case (a support request). Data will be posted in an existing SQL database. A web DashBoard, to allow our customer to view the pending list of the cases, and to see the position of its request. The same DashBoard to be used by the support team to see the pending request, the wait delay, and others useful information.

Racing Information System

Racing Information System is an online integrated application. It consists of mainly two modules Racing and Accounts. Accounts are the main integration part between two modules. Racing module manages the racing information related to each race of a day in which Horses, Owner, Jockeys and Trainers identities are involved. Accounting transactions of a race affect accounts through automated process. Accounts Module maintains general account of the organization as well as racing accounts
