Skill Building Delivery Process

Acuita's skill building process is centered on the idea of meeting resource need of offshore and onsite project delivery teams. The SME's at the Center of Excellence (COE) forms the main conductor of skill building process. Acuita on-boards experienced software professionals from outside and also impart training to in-house personnel. The structure, process and method of such training is framed and decided by the SME's. Trained resources are then engaged in Offshore Project Delivery Teams and also to Customer Onsite Delivery team as and when the need arises. Apart from orchestrating skill building, another major contribution of the SME's lies in the building of showcase applications.
